ProCare Therapy is hiring a Occupational Therapist to work in a friendly, supportive school district for the 2025-2026 academic year. Job Details:
* Onsite location near the Middleton, Idaho area
* Start in August
* # students/sites and caseload information will be discussed more in depth with special services director during interview
Responsibilities:
* Conduct evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
* Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
* Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.
* Collaborate with other members of the school team, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
* Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state license in Idaho
* Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
* Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
