Job Description
3. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
6. Lead the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial performance.
8. Develop and implement effective financial control systems.
9. Support grant and funding applications with accurate financial data.
10. Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field- ACCA, ACA, CIMA
12. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. A proven track record in managing budgets and financial reporting.
16. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
