We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Downham Market. If you have a passion for early childhood education and a solid understanding of the EYFS, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on young childrens lives.
Your Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support childrens physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Track and celebrate childrens progress and achievements.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
What Were Looking For:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* DBS on the update service (or willingness )
