Client Relationship Manager, Legal / Law Background, Wigan, Greater Manchester
Client Relationship Manager required to work for a fast-growing business based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is an in-person role and you will expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
We need a confident individual who has good, client relationship management skills, ideally with some connection with the Legal / Law sector. We would also need you to have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, as there will be some travel to and from Southport. Read on for more details
Day to day tasks:
* Managing relationships with existing clients
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts by understanding client caseloads and offering tailored solutions
Identifying new accounts and then working within a set process to contact them to generate new business.
1. Working proactively with marketing-generated leads to develop new business and revenue streams
2. Ensuring clients fully understand our services, their benefits and how to integrate them into their daily work
