Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will:
* Greet clients, visitors, and partners with a professional, friendly manner
* Answer and route incoming calls and emails
* Schedule appointments and manage front-desk operations
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Essential:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional, approachable demeanor
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using phones, email, and office software (Gmail, Microsoft Office)
Preferred:
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration
* Familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM tools (Semble)
