We a recruiting a self-motivated Manager/Cook for our bustling Drover’s Rest Café at Dingwall Auction Mart. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen, servery and outside catering operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities will include - • the preparation of food to a high standard • supervising our Café team and preparing rotas • ensuring compliance with all food safety and health guidelines • overseeing ordering and stock control Ideally you will – ✓ have catering experience and experience of managing a team ✓ hold a Food Hygiene certificate ✓ have good organisational and communication skills The usual café opening hours are 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
