The School and Role
This is a well-regarded independent specialist school supporting students aged 7 to 19 with Autism(ASD/ASC). As part of a supportive and forward-thinking trust, the school offers ongoing training and genuine pathways for career progression.
The position is full-time, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
- A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
