Composite Laminator F1 Contract
* Outside IR35
* Nights/Weekend Shift Available
* Start: End of September
* Location: Silverstone
* £32 - £35ph
Were supporting a leading Formula One team with their upcoming build season and are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join on contract.
The role:
* Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components for F1 applications.
* Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications.
* Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre.
* Using hand and power tools for trimming, fitting, and assembly.
* Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and motorsport standards.
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to health & safety requirements.
The ideal candidate:
* Previous F1 laminating experience is essential.
* Skilled in pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up and complex laminating processes.
* Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
