My client based in the Stourport area is looking to recruit a Part-time Administrator on a Temp basis, the hours required are Mon-Thurs (Apply online only)
The main responsibilities of the role include
- being that first point of contact for Clients by phone and email
- general admin support to various departments across the business
- Keeping system information accurate and updated at all times
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- previous experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent standards of communication; both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task
- Good IT skills incl MS Office and ideally
- A confident approach to challenging situations
The pay-rate on offer is up to £12.95 an hour
