This will be based in the Company's site in Antrim - Permanent Role
The role is based on-site Monday - Friday (37.5 hour working week).

Responsibilities:
* Manage design, delivery and commissioning of projects in an infrastructure environment.
* Develop plans for scope, schedule, budget and resources.
* Work with tender and pre-construction teams to make sure requirements are met
* Manage the design, drawings and approvals process in line with programme.
* Make sure projects comply with building regulations and specifications.
* Establish and maintain quality systems to ensure high standards are met.
* Support on site team and enforce H&S and safe systems of work.
* Allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure clear communication. 10. Monitor progress against targets.
* Support QS with review of changes to contract and valuations of work.
* Attend progress and technical meetings.
* Organise the workflow, guide team through projects.
* Assist in the preparation and ongoing monitoring of operational and capital annual budgets.
* Undertake post project reviews and ensure that all learnings are recorded and incorporated into to future projects.
The Ideal Person:
* Relevant experience in similar role (Electrical background preferred - other backgrounds still considered too)
* Proven supervisory/people management experience, including performance and development
* Experience of managing contractors/consultants
* Experience of managing and reporting project commercial performance
