Welder - Dungannon
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder to join the Terex Dungannon fabrication team and play a key role in the production of screening equipment within a busy manufacturing environment. About the role:
1. From £12.90 - £16.00 depending on experience
2. Monday to Thursday (6.30am - 4.45pm, times may vary)
3. 39 hours a week
4. Temporary, full time role
What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Carry out MIG welding on steel components used in the manufacture of screening equipment.
6. Fabricate components including frames, chassis, hoppers, conveyors and support structures.
7. Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications accurately.
8. Inspect and check completed welds using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
9. Work to production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
10. Support safe movement and handling of production parts throughout the process.
11. Work collaboratively with the production team to support continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need for this role:
12. Previous experience as a Welder or Fabricator within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
13. Competency in MIG welding.
14. Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.
15. Good understanding of fabrication processes and engineering tolerances.
16. Experience using power tools and workshop machinery.
17. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
