As a Sales Negotiator, your role would involve:
1. Manage and develop client relationships to facilitate successful property negotiations.
2. Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective buyers and sellers.
3. Negotiate offers and terms between clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence within the company CRM system.
5. Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies.
7. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout their property journey.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, with strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to negotiate effectively. A good understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous, along with a proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail. It's also essential to have a full UK driving license.
