Family Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 DOE

If you’re a Family Solicitor who enjoys running a varied caseload with real autonomy, this is a brilliant opportunity to join our client, a well-established practice in East London, where you’ll be trusted to do quality work, supported by an experienced team, and given clear scope to progress.
The Role
You’ll manage a mixed family law caseload, covering private and legally aided matters, with responsibility from instruction through to conclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling a broad range of family matters, including private children, divorce/financial remedy, and legal aid work
* Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and support
* Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care
* Supporting the wider team as needed and contributing to the continued growth of the department
What Our Client Is Looking For
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Minimum 2-3 years’ + PQE in Family Law
* Demonstrable experience managing both private family matters and legal aid cases
* Strong working knowledge of:Family Procedure Rules
* Legal Aid Agency processes and compliance (where applicable)
* Drafting and advocacy preparation
* Confident communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
