Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives
* Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness
* Identify, manage and remove impediments impacting delivery
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness
* Track and report Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, sprint progress
* Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards
Skills & Experience
* 10 years of IT experience with 6 years as a Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
* Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
* Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage risks, dependencies and cross‑team coordination
* Scrum certification: CSM, PSM, SAFe and experience in banking/financial services preferred
