UWE’s Apprenticeship Hub is a team of sector professionals who support the quality and compliance of UWE’s apprenticeship programmes, ensuring that employers, apprentices, and stakeholders receive excellent service and that programmes meet regulatory standards. As an Apprenticeship Hub administrator, you will work closely with colleagues to support the administration and compliance of our apprenticeship programmes. Your role will be varied, with a focus on administrative processes and customer service. You will develop new skills and gain a range of experience in a busy, fast-paced environment. About you: Good communication and teamwork skills are vital for this role. You will demonstrate familiarity with a range of administrative tasks and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. You will also need some understanding of English apprenticeships and their regulations, including Education & Skills Funding Agency funding compliance and Ofsted quality assurance. This is a full-time, permanent post working 37 hours per week. This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time. UWE Bristol is a campus-based University, and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience, this role is therefore campus based for 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.
