Overview
We’re seeking a motivated leader to oversee our busy restaurant kitchen (Paisley at No 106) and our award-winning outside catering business (Paisley Flour).
This role is all about standards, compliance, and profitability – ensuring our kitchens run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest level.
Responsibilities
* Upholding hygiene, allergen, and food safety compliance (HACCP).
* Overseeing stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction.
* Monitoring budgets and profitability, with a focus on efficiency.
* Leading and training a dedicated kitchen team.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE)
