ESCAPE THE LONDON GRIND - Senior Sous Chef in Norfolk thriving restaurant scene.
We are looking for passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our team at the new refurbished Ship in Brancaster. The kitchen is overseen by Elliot Ketley and the menu is inspired by the Mediterranean but with a focus on great Norfolk produce.
· be part of the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
· have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards
· have a passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm
· train, motivate and develop junior chefs
· have a pro-active and motivated attitude to their work and attention to detail
· be a true leader who works well under pressure and understands working in a busy kitchen.
· All of our produce is sourced locally from excellent suppliers, and you will be in the perfect environment to hone your skills.
