Vendor Operations Manager | Product Quality & Vendor Management
UK Remote | Fixed-Term Contract | Approx. £77,000 (Plus Benefits)
We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Operations Manager to oversee vendor access, operations, and performance within a dynamic product quality and vendor management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vendor Access & Onboarding: Manage onboarding/offboarding of vendor workers on internal tools; maintain vendor databases; track access issues and permissions.
* Vendor Performance & Operations: Coordinate business review meetings (QBR/MBR); ensure assignments are completed on time; develop surveys and presentations; track outcomes and follow-ups.
* Business & Financial Management: Support budgeting, forecasting, purchase requests, invoice tracking, and vendor cost management.
* Process Improvement & Documentation: Optimize workflows; maintain process documentation; create 'how-to' guides; collaborate with internal teams for process and tooling improvements.
Top Skills Required:
* Advanced Excel/analytics skills
* Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis)
* Proven experience in vendor & project management
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years in vendor/project management
* BA/BS in relevant field
* Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred:
* Experience with business process tools
* Data analytics & visualization
* Active Directory or similar systems experience
