Duties
* Meet and greet customers to the business and take clear job details.
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
* communicating with mechanics and keeping customers up to date with the requirements and process of there vehicle.
* issuing invoices and taking payments.
* Communicate with part suppliers.
* Keep up to date with customer reminders and self service programs like whocanfixmycar.
* Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
* confident communicator - professional phone manner and people skills.
* Organised and reliable - someone we can count on day to day.
* Computer literate - familiar with email and booking systems.
* Proactive - happy to chase updates, and keep things rolling.
* Must be fluent in english (speaking and writing).
* Passionate - wanting to develop themselves for potential future promotions.
* Willingness - to learn new skills and techniques related to the position.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
* Full training will be provided.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
