Strathmore Lodge is a 25 Bed Direct Access Lifehouse, providing temporary accommodation for Single Homeless Adults.
As a motivated Concierge (Nightshift) worker you will address clients support needs, enable them to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. You will also complete nightly cleaning duties along with administration tasks and reception duties to support the successful operation of the Lifehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires staff to ensure that clients are safe within the service and to ensure that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
• Good customer services skills.
• The ability to prioritise their own workload.
• Proficiency in a range of IT packages including Microsoft.
• Knowledge of the main support needs which are commonly faced by homeless and vulnerable clients.
