Vehicle Technician - Field-Based (Auto Electrical / CCTV Installations)\nLocation- Nottinghamshire\nHours: 37-40 per week - Flexible to cover night shifts\nSalary: £30,000-£37,000 + company vehicle\nWe are seeking a field-based Vehicle Technician with an auto-trade or auto-electrical background to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance on vehicle CCTV and driver assistance systems across a diverse client base.\nThe role of Vehicle Technician will involve\n * Handling daily fault reports\n * Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including vehicle CCTV and driver aid systems\n * Planned maintenance activities\n * Installation projects across bus, coach, rail, and mixed fleets\n * Communicating professionally with customers and garage engineers\nThe ideal candidate for the Vehicle Technician will have:\n * Experience in vehicle technology or auto-electrical environments\n * Confident diagnosing and repairing auto electrical and driver aid system fault\n * Bus, coach, or rail electrical experience advantageous\n * Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as needed\n * UK Driving Licence\n * Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent customer communication\nIn return, you will receive:\n * Remote & hybrid working supported\n * Flexible working around core hours\n * Health & wellbeing programme\n * Life assurance (4x salary)\n * 5% matched pension\n * Carry over up to 5 holidays\n * Reward & recognition programme\n * Long service rewards\n * Company vehicle provided\nInterested?
