Their services span SAAS products, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, AI and Content) focusing on the B2B space operating within a niche industry sector.
The Role
You'll oversee the entire sales function - from new business generation to team leadership and performance optimisation. You'll take full ownership of revenue targets, drive strategy, and be hands-on in coaching and supporting your team to exceed goals.
Your focus will include:
1. Leading and inspiring a small, high-performing sales team
2. Developing and executing strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts
3. Leveraging marketing data, CRM insights, and proposal tools to optimise performance
