The Role:
We are seeking a Swim Teacher to join our team and help transform our business from 'good' to 'great'. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering varied swimming lessons within the class framework, ensuring maximum benefit, safety, fun, and stimulation.
2. Promoting and supporting the Swim School to maintain continuous attendance.
The Team:
You will work within our Swim Team alongside the Swim Coordinator and Aquatic Development Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience teaching within a Learn to Swim Programme.
* High-quality customer service experience.
* Qualified swimming teacher (ASA or STA) to Level 2.
* NPLQ or equivalent Pool Rescue/Pool Safety qualification.
* Current Child Protection CPD or equivalent.
* Level 2 Parent and Baby qualification (desirable).

* Excellent communication skills for all ages and abilities.
* Energetic and passionate about meeting swimmers' needs and goals.
* Ability to adapt to individual swimmers' needs.
* Positive, motivated, and approachable attitude.
