What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality outsourced finance services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing purchase invoices accurately and matching them to purchase orders across multiple clients.
2. Assisting with the preparation and review of client bank payments in line with established procedures.
3. Supporting complex bank reconciliations and ensuring transactions are correctly cleared and matched.
4. Responding promptly to internal and external queries relating to invoices and reconciliations.
5. Posting transactions to the General Ledger and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
6. Preparing month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset postings.
