We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Controller. In this role, you will be a key influencer working closely with the Service Reception and Parts Teams. Join us on this fantastic journey—your potential is endless.
Responsibilities of a Workshop Controller:
* Assist in maintaining progress information against job allocations, ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, and passed to relevant teams
* Assist and advise team members with technical and job-related issues
* Coach workshop apprentices as required
* Prioritize the customer experience
Requirements to succeed as a Workshop Controller:
* Proven experience in a service department within the motor industry
* Strong understanding of systems and processes in this environment
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Negotiation and influencing skills
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service
