Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across key stages 3 and 4.
* Inspire and motivate students to explore their creative potential.
* Develop and assess students’ artwork, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art curriculum and school projects.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art or a related subject.
* Experience teaching Art at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts.
* A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire students and encourage their creative expression.
