Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Technical & Professional lecturer who holds a Level 4 qualification in Construction HNC/HND or Level 4 NVQ in management and who can deliver the Level 3 T level in surveying, planning & design.
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualification in Construction HNC/HND or Level 4 NVQ in management.
* Experience delivering Level 3 T level courses.
* Background in site surveying / setting out, quantity surveying or site supervision roles within the construction industry.
* Experience in teaching and professional practice; a Level 5 teaching qualification preferred for appointments above point 12.
Responsibilities
Deliver curriculum for the Level 3 T level in surveying, planning & design; support flexible and job‑share working arrangements; contribute to the technology faculty; and maintain high standards in teaching and assessment.
