Summary
Our client who is an Insurance Broker, is looking for a Trainee Insurance Account Handler to join their expanding team in the Barnet office. The purpose of the role is to deal with Property Owners Insurance policies for clients and ensure their requirements are met.
Main Duties:
* Answering incoming customer related queries
* Making sure systems are updated and accurate
* Handling the renewals of property owners
* Remarketing policies to find the best terms for the client
* Liaising with underwriters and clients daily
* Looking after payments, cancellations and adjusting policies as required
* Handling mid- term adjustments, payments, and cancellations
* Being an all-round advocate within the business and team
* Working towards deadlines and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Essential Skills Required:
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent as minimum
* Strong IT skills
* Good customer service skills
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills
