About the role
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a creative, dynamic and senior-level environment. We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of running the VC office, delivering efficient and professional administrative and operational support. Your excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—will ensure smooth interactions across all levels of the university. Confidentiality, discretion, and a friendly, confident approach are essential as you work closely with senior leadership.
We are looking for an experienced administratorwith personal assistant experience, who has sharp attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. You will thrive on supporting projects and events, your ability to prioritise and juggle a diverse range of tasks will be essential in this role.
Strong writing and IT skills are key to your success, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other essential tools.Experience in supporting senior-level staff and interacting confidently with people across all levels of an organisation is highly desirable, and minute-taking experience is a definite advantage. Please note this role is primarily office based and requires flexibility to support the needs of the VC office.
