* Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
* Maintain and update vendor accounts, addressing discrepancies as needed
* Prepare payment runs and ensure timely disbursement of funds
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any outstanding balances
* Assist with month-end closing processes, including reporting and documentation
* Collaborate with internal departments to manage financial data effectively
* Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function
Profile
* A background in accounting or finance
* Proficiency in financial software and strong numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Job Offer
* Salary: £28,000 to £31,000 per annum
