Our Food & Beverage Team helps deliver delicious food experiences for our Theme Park and Resorts guests every day. This varied role involves working in on-site restaurants, coffee outlets, and kiosks. You will gain experience in diverse areas of our business, with an emphasis on delivering service to the highest standard to exceed guest expectations through preparation, production, and service.
You are expected to be a role model in delivering exceptional guest interactions while:
1. Operating till systems and handling cards
2. Taking orders
3. Serving food and drinks
4. Preparing food for outlets
5. Preparing and serving hot drinks
6. Cleaning kitchen, dining, and serving areas daily
7. Achieving sales targets through upselling and promotions
8. Seeking ways to increase revenue and minimize wastage
9. Putting away deliveries and managing stock
10. Ensuring displays are well-stocked through visual merchandising
11. Looking after VIP guests and Annual Pass Holders
12. Sharing park knowledge to assist guests with queries
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. A passion for customer service, sales, and a positive attitude toward learning new skills are essential. If you do not already hold Level 1 or Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, our on-site training will cover this.

Hours will be rostered in advance, and flexibility is required to meet peak and off-peak demands.
