Customer Service Advisor £26,200 Hybrid (1 day wfh) Our client is an established and expanding organisation based in Halifax, looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time role, and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a hybrid role, with one day per week working from home. The role * Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients. * Offering advice to customers. * Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients. * Day to day administrative project management tasks * Recording key information on a range of systems, including an internal database. * Providing clear and accurate reporting. * Support training of new starters as required. * General admin support to the wider team. Key skills * Minimum 2 years contact centre or call centre experience required. * Excellent communication skills * Customer focused * Able to solve problems by analysing information and recommending solutions. * Telephone and call handling experience * Excellent time management. * Able to work as part of a team, whilst also managing your own workload.
