What you'll do:
* Assistancewith running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
* Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
* Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
* Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
* Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
* NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
* Basic IT skills
* Experience in menuproduction and confident input
* Exposure to bulk cooking
* The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
