Once you’re a fully trained expert, you’ll transition to our 4-on, 4-off shift pattern. That means working just 177 days a year with a generous Shift Allowance added to your pay. More money, more time off, more balance. The Mission You won’t just be "assembling parts." You’ll be building the pyrotechnic cartridges that power Martin-Baker ejection seats. What You’ll Be Doing Working in our specialised Cartridge and Rocket team, you’ll handle high-stakes precision work: * Precision Assembly: Building low-complexity (Category 1) cartridges from technical drawings. * The Final Touch: Inspecting, packing, and palletising rocket motors for global shipment. * Quality Control: Visual inspections to ensure every component is life-saving ready. * Safety First: Operating within strict explosive safety protocols and 5S standards. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a rocket scientist, but you do need a mechanical mindset.
