Responsibilities of Chef de Partie Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
Manage your assigned section efficiently
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Assist with stock control and food preparation
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
About you Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
Passion for fresh food and quality presentation
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented attitude
