The role As a Site Support, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. We are transforming, and we need you to support us in forging new paths, contributing as we grow through exciting, but sometimes challenging change. Day-to-day, you'll interact with customers, suppliers and colleagues to contribute to the smooth running of the stores functions and transfer of goods. Play an active part in the preparation for, the induction, the escorting and monitoring of contractors performing physical tasks on site Direct liaison with the Site Manager in order to plan scheduled maintenance and staff resources, using the Concept system to align all site trades and activities workloads Provide regular and accurate feedback to the departmental manager on any issues that may affect the working environment and performance of the department and any defined goals Administration of all health and safety related systems and processes to ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times, complying with legal and site-specific health and safety Support/admin tasking as directed by the Site Manager as required Direct communication and updates to and from our head quarters This role is full time, 37-hours per week and is based on site at Bude.. Essential experience of the Site Support Previous experience within a stores environment Administrative support for a small engineering team A self-starter, who is performance driven with a desire to make significant contribution/impact Ability to work independently once clear direction is provided Ability to learn new skills and techniques, keep accurate records and follow instructions Qualifications for the Site Support GCSE Maths & English UK driving licence with the ability to travel to remote site Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
