Home Care - Community Care Assistants Wanted!

Pay: £12.25 - £13.75 per hour £1.50 per call if driver
Precedo Healthcare are recruiting experienced home care or community care staff to join our Sheffield Team, to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.
Basics of the Role:
* Essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
* Administer or assist with medication, including controlled pain relief.
* Use electronic recording systems to ensure accurate documentation.
* Working on double Handed calls across Sheffield
What we require:
* Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
* A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
* A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
* Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.
* Fully Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
