So What Will Your Working Day be like?
Skilfully managing the booking of property appointments and diary management to enhance productivity and ensure a quick turnaround.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all property inquiries, utilizing your expertise through phone, email, and live chat interactions.
Take charge of inputting new client leads into our database, fostering accurate and organized record-keeping.
Produce and oversee documents and correspondences pertaining to customers’ home purchases, expertly setting, and managing expectations and deadlines.
What you will bring to the role?
Able to embrace a results-driven environment, taking ownership of tasks and pushing towards excellence.
Display impeccable attention to detail and unwavering accuracy while adeptly managing a demanding workload.
Exhibit a polished telephone demeanour and excel in collaborative, high-pressure situations.
Preferably, a background in supporting sales and/or property functions.
