The cuisine is authentic and exceptional, our Chefs create a new menu daily based on the freshest produce that comes through the door. The Chef de Partie Role
Experience in a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
Passion for food and learning a cuisine
Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
Good level of English language
Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
A passion for food and your own development is a must
