BCUHB is looking to recruit a Continence Promotion Nurse to join our Continence Service (West Area).

This role supports the delivery of safe and effective services for patients with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction.
The position is suitable for an experienced Community Staff Nurse or Acute Nurse with Urology/Colorectal care experience, wishing to develop their skills, knowledge, and competencies in managing patients with Continence Care needs in a community setting.
We seek someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys the challenge of developing our current services further.

Main duties of the job
The role involves delivering safe and effective services for patients with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction.
The candidate should have experience as a Community Staff Nurse or Acute Nurse with Urology/Colorectal care, eager to expand their skills in managing patients with Continence Care needs in a community setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a desire to contribute to service development.
Welsh language skills are desirable; applications in Welsh are welcomed and will be treated equally.
