Who we’re looking for
* 8+ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Experience managing your own caseload of wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts
* Strong track record in business development
* Leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
* Technically confident
* Down-to-earth, approachable, and commercially minded
* Previous exposure to Court of Protection work (desirable, not essential)
What you’ll be doing
* Initially focusing on building a personal caseload through BD and internal cross-referrals
* Advising on probate (approx. 60%) and wills/LPAs (approx. 40%)
* Collaborating with others in the team and building out the department
* Driving revenue growth and ultimately progressing into Head of Department or Partner
* Making use of firm-wide BD training and support to grow the client base
Salary & Benefits
* Highly competitive salary
* Bonus: Approx. 10% of billings over target
* Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

* Hybrid working: 2 days WFH per week once settled (office-based for first month)
* Compressed hours or 4-day week considered
