Overview
BMS Service Engineer – London, UK. £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on BMS systems.
* Install, configure, and commission new BMS equipment and systems.
* Respond promptly to service calls, providing excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
* Produce accurate reports and documentation of service activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience with BMS systems (Siemens, Trend, Honeywell, or similar).
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and control systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across London.
