Our goal is to provide healthcare professionals with innovative infection prevention solutions that help increase efficiency, improve outcomes, and reduce the risk of hospital-acquired infections. You will interact with a variety of clinical settings within the NHS and private sector hospitals, including operating rooms, interventional radiology, ultrasound, cardiac catheterization labs, and ambulatory surgical centres.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and secure new business within NHS operating at a senior level, engaging with C-Suite and KOL level customers within NHS ICB, Supply Chain, and the Private Hospital sector.
* Promote and sell a portfolio of infection prevention products, including patient wipes, surface wipes, hand hygiene, instrument care, and endoscope disinfection products.
* Engage in audit and education activities, working with procurement, nurses, and infection control teams.
Basic Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of proven sales success selling to C-Suite and KOL decision makers within NHS.
* Experience in Account Management with a demonstrated ability to close business.
* Strong work ethic, ethical approach, and ability to develop relationships with clinical and procurement staff.
* The role is home-based, requiring significant travel and some nights away from home to manage the territory effectively.
* Reside in areas around London, Manchester, or Birmingham.

Preferred Qualifications:
* High commercial acumen with an understanding of value-based and health economics sales processes.
* Strong negotiation skills and a solid commercial presence.
* Existing relationships with procurement and senior decision-makers, with an understanding of supply chain dynamics.
* Ability to sell at a high level by creating partnerships within NHS accounts, emphasizing the value of infection risk mitigation and health economic benefits.
