Schemes are diverse and include new-build and refurbishment of high-end private residential dwellings up to large mixed-use developments. They also work on commercial, healthcare, arts, industrial and life sciences. Your project workload will be varied and interesting and no two days will be the same. The role will require you to run projects, undertake design calculations and assist in delivery of design packages, as well as attend design meetings and site visits.
