Our client is a premium brand dealership with an exceptional management team and a strong reputation for delivering high levels of customer service. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor: Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround. Accurately record customer requirements and provide clear updates throughout the repair or service process. Prepare job cards and ensure all documentation is completed correctly. Advise customers on additional work required, including upselling service and maintenance items where appropriate. Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time. Maintain accurate customer records and service history using the dealership CRM system.
