Standout opportunity for a Senior Associate (Solicitor qualified in England & Wales or other commom law jurisdiction) to join a high-performing investment funds team advising mid-market private equity sponsors on fund formation, structuring and investor negotiations, with broad exposure across venture, credit, real estate and secondaries. Working closely with a very well-established partner, you will have strong client contact, real input into fund strategy and close collaboration with transactional PE teams, offering a genuinely commercial and well-rounded role.

The Opportunity
Advising on the full lifecycle of private equity funds from structuring through to investor negotiations and ongoing operations. Direct exposure to clients, early responsibility and the chance to work across multiple asset classes. Regular interaction with PE deal teams, particularly on independent sponsor matters, giving you broader commercial exposure than a traditional funds role.

Requirements
4+ PQE Senior Associate with private equity funds experience from a leading City or US firm.
Strong drafting skills, confident communicator and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
