HSE Advisor – Deeside We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Deeside Location: Deeside Job Type: Full-time ⏰ Working hours: From 7am to 5:30pm - 9,5 hours paid, break unpaid. Saturday rate: 1.5x Sunday and bank holidays rate: 1.5x Night shift: 1.3x Rate: £180 per day Position: HSE Advisor Responsibilities: ✔️ Follow-up any site incidents at work or occupational diseases upon occurrence. ✔️ Assist site management with the initial investigation of all site incidents and prepare suitable investigation reports using standard company forms. ✔️ Prepare remedial reports as a result of any incidents in the site. ✔️ Identify and analyze hazards and contribute to the identification and evaluation of risk reduction measures, ensuring that these are adequately documented and managed. ✔️ Provide training to all employees based on the risk analysis made, and to keep records. ✔️ Prepare Health and Safety observation reports and submit it to Site HSE Manager. ✔️ Work closely with managers to complete corrective actions, carry out improvements and audit results. ✔️ Involve and monitor daily task briefings. ✔️ Monitor the compliance to site specific work permits. ✔️ Work closely with colleagues at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, regulations, and standards. Qualifications: ✅ HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent. ✅ Having CSCS card. ✅ Proven experience with all current Health and Safety legislation. ✅ Stakeholder management and excellent communication / interpersonal skills. ✅ Holding valid first aid certificate will be preferable. ✅ Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
