Location:Stratford-upon-Avon (Projects across the Midlands and London)
Working Arrangement:Hybrid with flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with the Construction Safety Act, Building Regulation Act, and Building Safety Act
* Lead high-profile development projects in education, residential, and local authority sectors
* Conduct surveys, provide dilapidation advice, and prepare detailed building reports
* Oversee building control applications and collaborate with conservation officers on listed building projects
Requirements:
* MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
* Strong project management experience and knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
* Self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently
* Access to a car (can be included in the package)
* Proficiency in IT systems such as CAD and BIM is advantageous
