Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising bathrooms.
* Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
* Replace linens and towels as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements
* Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
* Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles will be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 12 per week
