The Role
You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating high-quality seasonal dishes, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests. What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh produce
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Produce dishes that balance comfort with finesse – modern interpretations that remain grounded in classic methods.
